We aim to process all orders within 48 hours, however this is subject to change during busy periods such as Christmas and sale periods. Once your order has been processed and dispatched you will be notified via email.
We deliver to all UK mainland address, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands. Deliveries will arrive between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. All items are sent First Class signed for via Royal Mail.
International deliveries are sent tracked via Royal Mail.
Please note that delivery times are there as an indication and Image Gang cannot be held responsible for delays once an item has been dispatched.
Please note that if you give an incorrect address at checkout we are not liable and if the item is returned to us you will be responsible for any redelivery costs.
UK Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) - £2.99
International Delivery (10-14 working days) - £8.50
Personalised Items
Please allow up to 7 days processing time + additional 3 weeks until delivery (Sometimes less). Please only email us asking where your order is if the designated delivery time has passed. If we know there is going to be a delay, due to busy periods etc. we will always try to inform you ahead of time.
All sales are final on custom pieces.
