Every gold filled piece from Image Gang comes with a 12-month tarnish-free guarantee, starting from the day you buy it. Gold filled has a thick layer of real gold bonded to the base, so it's made to last. If it loses its gold colour within a year, we'll replace it.
What's covered
- Gold filled pieces that tarnish or lose their gold colour within 12 months of purchase, with normal wear.
- One replacement per piece. Each item you buy can be replaced once under the guarantee. Your replacement isn't covered by a new guarantee, and the original 12 months doesn't restart.
- You'll get the same piece again, or store credit for the same value if it's sold out. The guarantee doesn't cover cash refunds.
What's not covered
- Broken, snapped, bent or stretched pieces.
- Lost stones, charms or parts, and lost items.
- Damage from misuse, such as chemicals, cleaning products, or swimming in the pool or sea.
- Pieces that aren't gold filled, such as gold plated, silver or stainless steel.
How to claim
- Email info@imagegang.co.uk within 12 months of your order.
- Include your order number and a clear photo of the piece.
- We'll check it over. If we need to see it in person, we'll ask you to post it back to us.
- Once approved, we'll send your replacement or add your store credit.
Keep it shining
- Put your jewellery on after make-up, perfume and lotions.
- Take it off before swimming, the beach or the gym.
- Keep it clean and dry, and wipe it with a soft cloth after wearing.
- Store it somewhere dry, away from other pieces, when you're not wearing it.
